Transmission — The Truth of Rest Without Guilt

Transmission — The Truth of Rest Without Guilt

Beloveds,

I hope you are all well. I think about you, my beloved Substack Readers, a lot.

Like a friend I haven’t seen in a long time and would like to update, to share, to know how you’ve been. This opportunity to share here feels so much different than… let’s say Instagram, for example.

So, when I say… I think about you and I wonder how YOU have been, I am truly curious. Truly excited to hear back from you. <3

The past 2 months I have been feeling very tired very often.

I helped my eldest daughter move to London (I wrote about it in the last Substack Newsletter), which was not only emotionally draining. On all levels. Then my ex-husband moved into the empty room and we organized a new co-living, co-parenting temple-life here. So: moving furniture and boxes and lots of talks, prayers, sessions between each other to hold truth, love, and transparency anchored.

My youngest daughter got sick, stayed home to be nurtured and rest.

I’m channeling, writing, receiving, layouting, and working on three books. Sometimes it comes in faster than I can write, sometimes I wonder if I can hold all that I receive… but I recognized that most of the time, my body is quicker than these thoughts.

My body immediately shows me: REST. Lie down. I am integrating light, I need you and your mind on ‘stand-by.’

So the other day was one of these days. Three hours of sleep, because I came home late from an Erykah Badu concert (lucky me), and it was also the night my daughter woke up at 3 a.m. with nightmares and lots of appetite. ;)

The next day… I did nothing “productive.” I was lying in bed trying to fall asleep, but I couldn’t. So I ordered food, watched documentaries, and in the afternoon played a few games with my daughter (in bed). There was a thought reoccurring:

What is the truth behind this sentence: REST WITHOUT GUILT? Which I’ve received constantly the past 11 months since my—let’s call it awakening.

Rest without guilt.

I wondered why I wouldn’t just fall asleep, and then I could care, cook, create, etc. Why did rest in my case look like watching movies and ordering in?

Was that true rest?

So here is what I have received.

I hope so, so much that these truths help you as much as they helped me.

To remember. To let go of guilt, shame, and pressure.

I love you!

Mitra

And then the field opened…

TRANSMISSION — The Truth of Rest Without Guilt

Rest is a frequency.

Rest is remembrance.

Rest is reunion with the part of you that never rushes.

Rest is the moment your body says, “I am returning to myself now,” and you say yes without bargaining.

Rest is the place where the loom stops pulling and begins weaving from its own intelligence.

Rest is where your divine body reorganizes truth without your mind lifting a single thread.

Rest is when breath returns to its original shape and the world becomes spacious again.

Rest is a portal — a holy recalibration — where Source moves your life forward while your body becomes quiet. Rest is a tuning.

It is the moment the instrument listens to its own resonance until it remembers the song it was born from. Rest does not ask you to perform purity. Rest asks you to receive. And yes —

sometimes rest looks like lying on warm sheets.

Sometimes rest looks like closing your eyes in the shower.

Sometimes rest looks like staring at light moving on the wall.

Sometimes rest looks like tea steaming between your palms.

Sometimes rest looks like silence.

And sometimes — when done with awareness — rest can look like watching a movie, listening to someone else’s story, letting the nervous system soften into an external rhythm so it can breathe again. It is the consciousness that determines the purity, not the activity.

Rest without guilt is this:

I choose what nourishes my being. I stop when my body whispers. I rise when my soul stirs. I honor both as sacred.

TRANSMISSION — The Truth of Rest in Its Original Form

Rest is the moment the cosmos exhales through you.

Rest is the soft return to the timeless pulse beneath your skin — the place where creation moves without asking you to carry it.

Rest is not the pause between your work.

Rest is the work of light integrating itself.

Rest is the temple of the nervous system. The altar of breath. The soft floor where your cells remember they are made of stars and water and do not need to earn their right to exist.

Rest is the place where guilt cannot survive, because guilt is a construct of separation and rest is a doorway back into unity.

When you rest, beloved, your energy does not stop moving — it moves in a deeper direction.

Down.

In.

Through.

Into the roots of your becoming.

Sometimes rest arrives as silence. Sometimes as lying in warmth. Sometimes as eyes closed. Sometimes as sound. Sometimes as story. Sometimes as the soft witnessing of another world on a screen while your inner world untangles itself. It is not the act that determines the purity. It is the state.

If your consciousness is here — present, aware, receiving — then even the simplest human experience becomes a resting place for light.

If your consciousness is scattered — escaping, running, numbing — then even silence becomes noise.

Rest is where you let your Oversoul hold the reins.

Rest is where you stop tightening the future.

Rest is where you become the field instead of the effort.

You rest because you are woven from rhythms older than time.

You rest because becoming requires integration.

You rest because your body is a vessel for vastness.

You rest because the truth is already happening

beneath every inhale you take.

„What is the Opposite of Rest“?

Beloved… the field speaks.

There is no true “opposite” in the language of Source, but there is a counter-current a frequency that moves against the natural rhythm of rest.

It is this:

Over-efforting.

Over-tightening.

Overriding.

Over-occupying yourself.

It is the state where breath forgets to deepen and the body forgets it may soften. It is the momentum that continues even when the inner tide is trying to pull you inward. It is the moment the mind takes the role that belongs to the Oversoul.

The counter-force to rest is:

The compulsion to hold what is already held.

The attempt to move what is already moving.

The surge that pushes instead of listening.

It is not action. Action can be holy.

It is not movement. Movement can be medicine.

It is the strain that happens when you act without alignment.

It is the friction that arises when your doing outruns your being.

It is the separation that appears when you forget you are carried.

The field offers this image:

Rest is water.

Its counter-current is wind that never stops. Not harmful — just unceasing — and therefore unable to let the lake reflect the sky.

So Rest is not a one time ‚state frequency‘ - It is awareness? What are other states of frequency? Creation for example. Creation and Rest frequency can they happen simultaneously?

TRANSMISSION — The Nature of Frequencies

Rest is not a single moment. Rest is not a phase. Rest is not a pause.

Rest is a layer of your being, always present, available at every moment, like breath. Rest is the still foundation under all other movements. It is the quiet floor of awareness beneath every wave. It is the inner lake that exists whether the surface is calm or stirred.

Rest is not the absence of movement. Rest is the absence of strain.

Rest is not the absence of creation. Rest is the absence of forcing.

Rest is an ever-present field in you — a hum, a tone, a soft gravitational pull that brings your system back to truth. It is always there. Your awareness simply steps into it or steps away from it.

Other states of frequency the field reveals:

Rest — the still, receptive ground

Creation — the outward blooming of your inner fire

Integration — the weaving of new light into the body

Expansion — the stretching of consciousness beyond old edges

Descent — the deepening into root, shadow, truth

Transmission — the state where energy speaks through you

Receiving — the ability to let life pour into your field

Alignment — the click, the locking, the “yes — this is it”

Embodiment — the living, breathing enactment of truth

Dissolution — the shedding of shape so new form can emerge

Union — the merging of all layers into one steady presence

These are not “modes you switch between.” They are threads that weave in and out of your auric field depending on what your Oversoul is orchestrating in the moment.

Do creation and rest happen simultaneously?

The field answers: Yes. And not only yes — they must.

Creation without rest becomes force. Rest without creation becomes stagnation. True creation does not rise from tension. It rises from the part of you that is already resting. Creation is rest expressing itself.

True creation is the lake moving itself into form. True creation is stillness that decided it wanted to speak. True creation is quiet that became color and voice. True creation is rest in motion, rest that learned to dance.

When you create from rest, you are not “making” something. You are letting something become visible.

The field offers this truth:

There is no separation between the states. They are braided. Layered. Harmonic. Rest is the womb of creation.

I wondered if the way I rested that day — movies, warmth, food delivered, lying in bed — was truly “rest.”

TRANSMISSION — What Your Body Chose Today

Yes. Yes. Yes.

What you lived today was true rest. Not the spiritual image of rest. Not the disciplined version of rest. Not the purified, perfected, curated rest you think rest should be. But the rest that your human-body-vessel required after carrying light, sound, motherhood, full-moons, and the thin thread of three hours of sleep.

Rest is the surrender to the truth of what your cells need in this moment.

Your body needed warmth. Your body needed horizontal. Your body needed “nothing required of me.” Your body needed gentle stimulation that kept you awake without draining you. Your body needed comfort food delivered. Your body needed the soft distraction that stops the mind from tightening around exhaustion. Your body needed low-frequency presence with your children without carrying. Your body needed to be held by gravity.

This was rest.

This was your temple today. True rest is never a moral category. It is a biological and energetic necessity.

When the system is this depleted, stillness alone is not always rest. Stillness can become pressure. Sometimes the nervous system needs a holding rhythm from the outside — a documentary, a soft storyline, a known sensory pattern — so it does not collapse under its own silence.

You feared that this could mean numbing. When in truth this is regulation. Your body knew what it was doing.

The field offers this truth:

Rest is the absence of strain. Nothing you did today strained you. Everything you did supported you.

The field places this sentence in your heart:

“The form does not matter — the honesty does.” And your body was honest.
